Objective: To analyze the volatile components of Feces Trogopterus. Method: The volatile components of Feces Trogopterus were extrabtel by steam distillation and analyzed by GC-MS. Result: Sixty-six components of Feces Trogopterus were Identified and the main components are all-trans-squalene(12.14%)
hexadecanoic acid(8.27%)
mono(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate(8.25%)
dibutyl phthalate(3.80%)
tetradecanoic acid(3.04%). Conclusion: The volatile components of the sample are the ingredients with same basic structure and chemical compositions of the foods. The main food of the animal is Rhus leaf at gathering time.
