Result: The fingerprint chromatogram based on the data of 11 batches of leaf L. hypoglauca was set up and had been applied in Samples-recognition and quality assessment. Conclusion: The method and application of fingerprint chromatogram in Chinese medicine were extended to recognize and access other samples.
