对妇炎康灌肠剂的质量评价有重要参考价值。
Abstract
Objective: To establish fingerprint of Fuyankang enema by HPLC-DAD
and to analyze its chemical component classification. Method: The samples were separated on a reversed phase Kromasil C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm
5 μm) with gradient elution. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.04 mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution containing 0.1% phosphoric acid
the detection wavelength was 230 nm
the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and column temperature was set at 30 ℃. Result: Thirteen characteristic peaks were obtained in the fingerprint of Fuyankang enema with good separation. The method was stable with great reproducibility. The sources of characteristic peaks in Fuyankang enema were determined with the information of chemicals of compound
negative samples and single medicine. Conclusion: The fingerprint of Fuyankang enema showed a strong characteristic and good reproducibility
and was an important reference for quality evaluation of Fuyankang enema.
