目的: 建立小儿清热止咳口服液中二水硫酸钙含量测定方法。方法: 先将样品炭化后灰化

然后应用EDTA络合滴定法测定二水硫酸钙的含量。结果: 3批不同的小儿清热止咳口服液中二水硫酸钙的质量浓度分别为1.033

1.872 g·L-1。平均回收率为97.35%

RSD 1.21%。结论: 方法操作简便

可用于小儿清热止咳口服液中二水硫酸钙的含量测定。

Abstract

Objective: To establish the analysis method for content determination of calcium sulfate dihydrate in Xiao’er Qingre Zhike Koufuye. Method: Samples were charcoaled and incinerated to ash

and the content of calcium sulfate dihydrate was determined by complexometric titration. Result: The content of calcium sulphate dihydrate in three batches of Xiao’er Qingre Zhike Koufuye was 1.033

1.872 g·L-1 respectively. The average recovery was 97.35% with RSD of 1.21%. Conclusion: The method established was simple in operation

and can be used for the determination of calcium sulphate dihydrate in Xiao’er Qingre Zhike Koufuye.
