摘要

目的: 优选剧痛宁贴剂的最佳乙醇提取工艺。方法: 以芍药苷、总生物碱和醇浸膏量为指标

采用直接比较法对乙醇提取体积分数进行优选;以芍药苷和醇浸膏量为指标

采用正交试验法对剧痛宁贴剂中白芍、黄连、延胡索的乙醇提取工艺进行优选。结果: 将药材中白芍、黄连、延胡索粉碎成粗粉

分别加10

8倍量70%的乙醇提取2次

每次提取2 h。结论: 确定的工艺合理

有效成分提取率高。

Abstract

Objective: To optimize ethanol extraction process of Jutongning patch. Method: Optimized concentration of ethanol extract are investigated by direct comparison with paeoniflorin

total alkaloids and the amount of alcohol extracts as index.Optimized ethanol extraction processes of Paeoniae Radix Alba

Coptidis Rhizoma

Corydalis Rhizoma from Jutongning patch are investigated by using orthogonal design.Paeoniflorin and the amount of alcohol extracts were used as index in the investigation. Result: Paeoniae Radix Alba

Coptidis Rhizoma

Corydalis Rhizoma were ground to coarse powder and extracted twice in 70% ethanol with 2 h per time

10 times ethanol for the first time and 8 times ethanol for the second time. Conclusion: The optimum process are rational and has high yield of active constituents.
