摘要

目的: 建立女金丸(蜜丸、水蜜丸)中橙皮苷的含量测定方法。方法: 利用HPLC测定女金丸中橙皮苷的含量。采用岛津Shim-pack VP-ODS色谱柱 (6.0 mm×150 mm

5 μm)

甲醇-乙腈-0.1％磷酸溶液(12∶13∶75)为流动相

检测波长284 nm。结果: 橙皮苷在0.02~4.9 μg线性关系良好(r=0.999 9)

大蜜丸和水蜜丸的平均回收率分别为102.0% (RSD 1.3%

n=9)和96.1% (RSD 1.3%

n=9)。结论: 该方法简便

准确

重复性好

适用于女金丸的质量控制。

Abstract

Objective: To establish a determination method of hesperidin in Nvjin pills. Method: Hesperidin in Nvjin pills was determined by HPLC

using a Shim-pack VP-ODS column(6.0 mm×150 mm

5 μm)

with a mobile phase as methanol-acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid (12∶13∶75)

and a UV detecter at 284 nm wavelength. Result: Hesperidin showed good linearity from 0.02 μg to 4.9 μg (r＝0.999 9). The average recovery of big honeyed pills and water-honeyed pills were 102.0% (RSD 1.3%

n=9) and 96.1% (RSD 1.3%

n=9) respectively. Conclusion: The method was simple

accurate

and with good reproducibility. It can be used well as quality control for Nvjin pills.
