目的: 研究黑布药膏对兔耳增生性瘢痕Ⅰ
Ⅲ胶原及基质金属蛋白酶-1 mRAN表达的影响。 方法 :成年大耳白兔24只
随机分为正常对照组、瘢痕模型组和黑布药膏治疗组。瘢痕模型组和黑布药膏治疗组建立兔耳腹侧面增生性瘢痕动物模型
21 d后
造模成功。在黑布药膏治疗组瘢痕局部和正常对照组对应皮肤涂抹黑布药膏
每3 d 1次
每次1 g
连续用药56 d。在用药后第2

通过实时定量PCR(RT-PCR)法检测Ⅰ
Ⅲ胶原mRAN及基质金属蛋白酶-1 mRAN的表达。 结果 :瘢痕模型组与正常对照组比较Ⅰ胶原mRAN表达显著增强
Ⅲ胶原mRAN及基质金属蛋白酶-1 mRAN表达显著减弱(P<0.01)。黑布药膏治疗组在用药后第2

黑布药膏治疗组较模型组显著增强(P<0.01)。 结论 :黑布药膏可以通过抑制I型胶原mRNA的表达
促进Ⅲ型胶原、基质金属蛋白酶-1mRNA的表达
增加胶原酶含量
降低瘢痕组织胶原含量
从而抑制兔耳增生性瘢痕组织增生
这可能是黑布药膏抑制兔耳增生性瘢痕增生的机制之一。
Objective: To study the effect of Heibu ointment on the expression of type I and type Ⅲ collagen and MMP-1 mRAN in the hypetrrophic scarof rabbit ear. Method : Twenty-four white rabbits were randomly divided into the normal control group

the expression of type I and type Ⅲ collagen and MMP-1 mRAN were detected by real time PCR(RT-PCR) technique. Result : Compare with the model group
the expression of type I collagen mRAN was obviously weaker (P<0.01)
the expression of type Ⅲ collagen and MMP-1 mRAN was increased in the Heibu ointment treatment group(P<0.01). Conclusion : Heibu ointment could inhibit the expression of type I collagen mRAN and promote the expression of type Ⅲ collagen and MMP-1 mRAN
thus it could inhibit the proliferation of hypertrophic scar of the rabbit ear.This maybe one of the mechanisms that the Heibu ointment inhibit the proliferation of hypertrophic scar of rabbit ear.
