摘要

目的: 研究复方儿茶止泻方的最佳微波提取工艺。方法: 以儿茶素含量为检测指标

利用微波技术采用正交实验法研究复方儿茶止泻方的最佳提取工艺。结果: 复方儿茶止泻方的最佳工艺条件为微波提取时间20 min

功率480 W

料液比为1 ∶7(g ·mL-1)。结论: 微波提取法可缩短复方中药制剂的生产周期

提高生产效率

节约能源

具有较大的应用价值。

Abstract

Objective: To study the best microwave extraction technique for complex prescription of catechu anti-diarrhea preparation. Method: Conditions for the microwave extraction were studied by orthogonal experimental design with the content of catechin in the extract as indexes. Result: The best technological conditions of the microwave extraction were using 20 min

480 W firepower and the ratio of material to liquid was 1 ∶7. Conclusion: Microwave extraction technique has much value of application by shorten the cycle of produce of complex prescription of Chinese drugs pharmaceutics

and it can be used to elevate the efficiency of production and save resources.
