摘要

目的: 确定剑叶龙血树根中总黄酮最佳提取工艺。方法: 采用超声波辅助法提取剑叶龙血树根中的黄酮类化合物

通过单因素及L9(34)正交试验

考察超声波提取条件对剑叶龙血树根中总黄酮提取率的影响。结果: 总黄酮最佳提取工艺条件为温度60 ℃

超声功率60 W

乙醇体积分数90%

料液比1 ∶30

提取时间30 min。结论: 此条件下剑叶龙血树根总黄酮提取率为2.13%。

Abstract

Objective: To optimize extraction technology of total flavonoids from the roots of Dracaena cochinchinensis. Method :Total flavonoids were extracted from the roots of D.cochinchinensis through ultrasound wave assisted technique. Effects of operation conditions were studied by using single factor and orthogonal design methods L9 (34). Result: The optimize extraction technology condition was 60 ℃

90% ethyl alcohol

1 ∶30 and 30 min. Conclusion: Under the optimized conditions

the extraction percent of total flavonoids is about 2.13% from the roots of D.cochinchinensis.
