观测各组大鼠血清 D -乳酸含量、血清二胺氧化酶(DAO)活性、空肠组织匀浆谷氨酰胺(Gln)浓度和Na+-K+-ATPase

模型组大鼠血清 D -乳酸含量升高(P<0.01)
空肠Gln浓度、Na+-K+-ATPase
Ca2+-ATPase活性降低(P<0.01);平胃散治疗后各指标均有恢复
且效果都好于自然恢复组。 结论: 湿困脾胃证能造成肠黏膜屏障功能及离子泵出现障碍
平胃散对其有明显修复作用。
Abstract
ObJective: To explore the damage of intestinal barrier in the rats model of dampness blocking spleen and stomach syndrome and the functional recovery of Pingwei powder for it. Method: SD rats were randomly divided into control group
model group
treatment group and autonomous recovery group
ten rats in each. Animal model of dampness blocking spleen and stomach was established. Such indexes as content of D-lactic acid and activities of DAO
Na+-K+-ATPase and Ca2+-ATPase were tested. Result: Compared with the blank group
the content of D-lactic acid increased (P<0.01)and the activities of Na+-K+-ATPase and Ca2+-ATPase decreased obviously(P<0.01)except DAO (P>0.05). The general trend in Pingwei powder group treatment was better than that in natural recovery. Conclusion: Pingwei Powder can markedly recovery the damage of intestinal barrier and ion pump in rats with syndrom of dampness blocking spleen and stomach.
