摘要

目的 :从莲子心中提取分离甲基莲心碱。方法 :采用正交试验法

以甲基莲心碱含量、得率为指标

多指标综合评分

优选甲基莲心碱提取分离工艺条件。结果 :最佳分离方法为:浓度为2.5%的氢氧化钠溶液以体积比1 ∶1与三氯甲烷进行萃取

由三氯甲烷层得到甲基莲心碱

含量为91.6%

得率为45.6%。结论 :该工艺能够有效、快速的从莲子心中提取分离甲基莲心碱。

Abstract

Objective: To separate neferine from total alkaloids of Nelumbo nucifera. Method: An orthogonal test was adopted in the study.The neferine content and extraction ratio were adopted as index.Data processing was carried out with the multiple guidelines grading method for optimizing the extraction. Result: The optimum condition was as follows:chloroform and 2.5% sodium hydroxide solution were used as extraction solvent with volume ratio of 1 ∶1;the neferine content and extraction ratio were 91.6% and 45.6% respectively. Conclusion: The separation of neferine by extraction with sodium hydroxide solution was effective and easy

which could provide the good information for further studies.
