摘要

目的: 观察玉屏风散生物转化液对免疫抑制小鼠细胞免疫功能的影响。方法: 用流式细胞仪对外周血中CD4+T

CD8+T

CD4+T/CD8+T进行测定;采用ELISA法检测外周血中白细胞介素-2(IL-2)和γ干扰素(IFN-γ)的含量。结果: 与环磷酰胺组比较

玉屏风散生物转化液组CD4+T和CD8+T细胞的百分率提高(P<0.01或P<0.05)

CD4+T/CD8+T明显上升(P<0.01);小鼠血清IL-2和IFN-γ水平显著提高(P<0.01)。结论: 玉屏风散生物转化液可能是通过调节体内CD4+T和CD8+T细胞亚群比例平衡

纠正Thl/Th2漂移现象

维持Th1的优势

提高机体的细胞免疫功能。

Abstract

Objective: To observe the effect of the bioconversion product of jade screen powder on cellular immunity in immunosuppressed mice. Method: The levels of CD4+T

CD8+T

CD4+T/CD8+T were determined by flow cytometry;The content of serum interleukin-2(IL-2) and interferon-γ(IFN-γ) were detected by ELISA. Result : Compared with cyclophosphamide group

the levels of CD4+T

CD8+T

CD4+T/CD8+T improved in experimental group(P<0.01 or P<0.05) and the content of serum IL-2 and IFN-γ improved obviously in experimental group(P<0.01). Conclusion : The bioconversion product of Jade Screen Powder can promote the cell immunity function

through regulating the balance between CD4+T and CD8+T cells and correcting Th1/Th2 drift phenomenon to keep the superiority of Th1.
