摘要

目的 :研究以HPLC-ELSD法测定枸杞子中甜菜碱的含量。方法 :采用HPLC-ELSD法。Luna 5 u SCX 100A色谱柱 (4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm )

流动相甲醇-0.10 mol·L-1醋酸铵(15 ∶85)

体积流量1.0 mL·min-1

柱温30 ℃

检测器参数为雾化器温度60 ℃

蒸发器温度90 ℃

蒸发器气流1.0 L·min-1。结果 :甜菜碱线性范围为0.75~3.75 μg( r =0.999 7)

平均回收率为99.86%

RSD为2.05%( n =6)。结论 :该方法快速

准确

适用于测定枸杞子中甜菜碱的含量。

Abstract

Objective : Aim to establish a HPLC-ELSD method for determination of betaine in Lycium barbamm . Method : HPLC-ELSD method was used Luna 5 u SCX 100A (4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm)

was used with methanol-0.10 mol ·L-1 ammonium acetate (15 ∶85)

the flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min-1

the column temperature was at 30 ℃; Detector parameter were as follow:the nebulizar temperature was at 60 ℃

and the evaporation temperature was at 90 ℃

the flow rate was 1.0 L·min-1. Result :The linear range of betaine was in 0.75~3.75 μg (r=0.999 7);The average recovery (n=6 ) was 99.86%

with RSD 2.05%. Conclusion :The method is suitable for the determination the contents of the betaine in L. barbamm .
