摘要

目的 :研究海洋岩盘深层水中药复方制剂(HYYPSCS)保护胃黏膜

调节肠胃功能的作用及机制。方法 :采用乙醇ig给药法致正常小鼠胃溃疡

观察HYYPSCS(1 925

7 700 mg·kg-1

ig给药5 d)对胃黏膜的保护作用

计算溃疡指数和溃疡抑制率

测定胃SOD和MDA活性

并考察HYYPSCS对小肠推进率的影响。结果 :HYYPSCS给药组溃疡指数和MDA活性均低于乙醇损伤组

中剂量组SOD活性显著高于乙醇损伤组( P <0.05)

各给药组对小鼠肠运动的促进作用均显著高于空白组( P <0. 01)。结论 :HYYPSCS显著促进胃肠蠕动且对乙醇致小鼠胃黏膜损伤具有保护作用

其作用机制可能与其抗氧化作用有关。

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the effect of Concentrated Mineral Water and Chinese Hebal Compound (HYYPSCS) on gastrointestinal function in mice. Method: HYYPSCS (7700

3850 and 1925 mg·kg-1) was ig administrated once a day for 5 days. Acute gastric lesion was induced by ethanol in mice. The ulcer index

ulcer inhibition rate

MDA and the effect of HYYPSCS on intestinal activities was assessed. Result: Compared with ethanol group

HYYPSCS significantly reduced the ulcer index ( P <0.01)

MDA activity ( P <0.01) and SOD activity was significantly increased ( P <0.05). Compared with Normal group

HYYPSCS can significantly excited intestinal propulsive function ( P <0.01). Conclusion: HYYPSCS can excite gastrointestinal peristalsis and has protective effect on the gastric lesion induced by ethanol in mice.
