摘要

目的:探讨醒胰降糖灵对实验性糖尿病大鼠血小板参数及P-选择素含量的影响。方法:用链脲佐菌素(STZ)一次性ip65mg·kg-1

并连续7dsc甲状腺素诱发大鼠实验性糖尿病模型

至14d

选取成模大鼠以醒胰降糖灵干预21d后

用放射免疫法测定P-选择素的含量。结果:模型组大鼠血小板参数及P-选择素含量显著升高(P<0.01)

醒胰降糖灵组可明显降低血小板参数(P<0.01)

并能一定程度地降低P-选择素含量。结论:醒胰降糖灵可降低实验性糖尿病大鼠血小板参数及P-选择素含量

其作用机制可能与醒胰降糖灵参与抑制血小板活化、降低微血管的高凝状态有关。

Abstract

Objective:To explore the effects of Xingyi Jiangtangling on the of parameters of platelet and P-selectin in diabetic rats. Methods:The model of diabetic rat was established by subabdominal injection with streptozotocin 65 mg·kg-1 and then concomitant hypodemic injection with thyroxine

once a day

from 1st to 7th day. After treating with Xingyi Jiangtangling for 21 days

the content of P-selectin in the experimental rats was detected by radioimmunoassay. Result:Compared with normal group

the parameters of platelet and P-selectin in the diabetic rats were significantly increased (P<0.01).However

that of the treated group was significantly declined

compared with model group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Xingyi Jiangtangling could decline the parameters of platelet and P-selectin in the diabetic rat.Its molecular mechanism might be related to restaining the activation of platelet and mitigating hypercoagulation in microcirculation.
