摘要

目的:建立简便、快速的同时测定元胡止痛分散片中延胡索乙素和欧前胡素的高效液相色谱分析方法。方法:甲醇回流提取延胡索乙素和欧前胡素

以Kromasil C18(5μm

4.6mm×250mm)为分析柱

以乙腈-甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液(三乙胺调pH=6.0)(41∶13∶46)为流动相;检测波长为280nm;柱温40℃;流速为0.8mL·min-1。结果:延胡索乙素峰和欧前胡素峰分离良好

阴性无干扰

方法学考察合格。结论:该方法适用于元胡止痛分散片中延胡索乙素和欧前胡素的含量测定。

Abstract

Objective:To develop a rapid HPLC method for determination of dl-tetrahydropalmatine and imperatorin in Yuanhuzhitong dispersible tablet.Method:dl-tetrahydropalmatine and imperatorin were extracted by reflux extraction method with methanol.A kromasil C18(5 μm

4.6 mm×250 mm)column was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid(pH was adjusted to 6.0 by triethylamine)(41∶13∶46)at the detection wavelength of 280 nm.The flow rate was 0.8 mL·min-1 at the column temperature of 40 ℃.Results:The dl-tetrahydropalmatine peak and imperatorin peak can be separated perfectly.The negative samples were not found interference in this condition.The method is accurate.Conclusion:The method is suitable for the determination of dl-tetrahydropalmatine and imperatorin in Yuanhuzhitong dispersible tablet.
