摘要

目的:观察桑黄云芝胶囊对化疗药物所致白细胞减少和肾功能损伤的保护作用。方法:分别给小鼠腹腔注射环磷酰胺和顺铂造模

桑黄云芝胶囊灌胃给药

测定小鼠外周血白细胞水平和血清尿素氮(BUN)

血清肌酐(Scr)水平。结果:桑黄云芝胶囊可以升高环磷酰胺所致的白细胞减少

降低顺铂升高的血清BUN

Scr水平。结论:桑黄云芝胶囊可以显著减轻化疗药物所致的白细胞减少、肾功能损伤等毒副作用。

Abstract

Objective:To observe the protective effect of Phellinus Linteus and Coriolus Versicolor Capsules(PLCVC) on reduced WBC and renal injury induced by chemotherapy.Method:Cyclophosphamide and Cisplatin were injected intraperitoneally to mice respectively

after orally treated with PLCVC

WBC in blood and BUN and Scr in blood serum were determined.Results: PLCVC can increase WBC and decrease BUN

Scr.Conclusion: PLCVC can significantly reduce toxicity and side effects induced by chemotherapy.
