摘要

目的:建立小儿清咽颗粒中哈巴俄苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法

色谱柱为Dikma Diamasil C18(250mm×4.6mm

5μm)

流动相为甲醇-水(45∶55～70∶30

0～40min)

检测波长为278nm。结果:哈巴俄苷在2.944～88.32μg.mL-1(r=0.9999)的浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系

哈巴俄苷的平均回收率为100.5%、RSD=2.78%(n=9)。结论:该法操作简单

结果准确

可用于小儿清咽颗粒的质量控制。

Abstract

Objective:To develop an HPLC method for the determination of harpagoside in Xiaoerqingyan granule.Method:Samples were separated on a Dikma Diamonsil C18 colum with the mobile phase of methanol-water(45∶55～70∶30

0～40 min) and the detection wavelength was set at 278 nm.Result:The calibration curve was linear in the range of 2.944～88.32 μg/ml(r=0.999 9) for harpagoside.The average recovery was 100.5%

RSD=2.78%(n=9).Conclusion:The method is accurate and has good reproducibility.It can be used for quality contral of Xiaoerqingyan Keli.
