BCG+LPS iv in mice.The levels of ALT and AST in serum were assayed and liver pathological injury were examined respectively.Results:LD50 of AL was 689.8mg·kg-1 by oral administration

and 95% confidence in mice was(607～788)mg·kg-1.Compared with the model control group

AL can significantly decrease the level of ALT and AST in mice serum of two liver-impairment models and alleviate pathological changes in liver cell.Conclusions:AL has obvious effect for protecting liver.
