摘要

目的:研究半夏厚朴汤君臣佐使相关配伍对抗抑郁有效成分和厚朴酚与厚朴酚含量的影响

以期分析与抗抑郁成分变化的关系。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定半夏厚朴汤及其君臣佐使相关配伍水煎液中和厚朴酚及厚朴酚的含量。结果:佐以茯苓后提高了君臣配伍中和厚朴酚与厚朴酚含量

佐以生姜则降低君臣配伍中和厚朴酚与厚朴酚含量。使以紫苏叶未显著影响君臣配伍中和厚朴酚与厚朴酚含量。而在半夏厚朴汤全方君臣佐使配伍中缺少佐、使药之一时

其和厚朴酚与厚朴酚含量却明显降低。结论:半夏厚朴汤君臣佐使药配伍与其抗抑郁有效成分含量存在一定的内在关系。

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the effects of principal

guide compatibility of Banxiahoupo decoction on contents of honokiol and magnololin and to analysis the internal relationship of its antidepresant compositions.Method:The HPLC method was used to determine honokiol and magnolol contents in water extracts of Banxiahoupo decoction and its principal

assistant

complement

guide compatibility.Results:One of the Assistants-Indian Bread enhanced the contents of honokiol and magnolol in principal and assistant compatibility

while the effects of other Complement Fresh Ginger were less than that of Indian Bread.The guide-Perilla Leat produced no significant effects on honokiol and magnolol contents in prineipal and assistant compatibility.The contents of honokiol and magnolol would be significantly decreased when any of the complement and guide drugs was missing in principal

guide compatibility of Banxiahoupo decoction.Conclusion:These findings suggested that there was an internal relationship between principal
