摘要

目的:研究贞草痛风消胶囊治疗高尿酸血症的药理作用。方法:利用腺嘌呤和盐酸乙胺丁醇致大鼠高尿酸血症模型

灌胃给予贞草痛风消胶囊

共给药7d。取血测尿素氮、肌酐、尿酸

取肾测定肾重指数并进行病理组织学检查。结果:贞草痛风消胶囊可减少模型大鼠血清中的尿酸含量、降低模型大鼠肾脏指数、减轻高尿酸血症引起的大鼠肾脏病理组织学变化。结论:贞草痛风消胶囊对高尿酸血症有良好的治疗作用。

Abstract

Objective:To study the effet of Zhencaotongfengxiao Capsule on hyperuricemia in rat.Methods:Hyperuricemia rat model were established by adenine and ethambutol.The capsule was administered orally for 7 days

uric acid in serum were determined

kidney weight index and histopathological changes were observed.Results:The capsule could reduce the level of uric acid in serum

decrease kidney weight index

relieve kidney histopathological damage induced by hyperuricemia.Conclusion:Zhencaotongfengxiao Capsule is effective to hyperuricemia.
