摘要

目的:比较不同产地半夏的镇咳效果。方法:采用小鼠氨水引咳法

观测5个不同产地半夏的镇咳作用

以Bliss法计算出各产地半夏咳嗽次数抑制率的ED50。结果:甘肃西和、四川绵阳、云南昭通、湖北天门、安徽南陵5个产地的半夏对氨水诱发的小鼠咳嗽均有不同程度的抑制作用

其抑制咳嗽次数的ED50分别为2.76

0.70g生药/kg。结论:不同产地的半夏均表现出一定的镇咳功效

但其ED50差别较大。

Abstract

Objective:To compare the antitussive action of pinellia temata(Thunb.)Breit.growing in different environment.Methods:By using nehulixation of NH3 aq.in mice

observe the antitussive effect of pinellia temata(Thunb.)Breit.growing in different environemnt

and calculate the ED50 of the inhibitory rate for cough times induced by NH3 aq.in mice.Results:Pinellia temata(Thunb.)Breit.in Gansu-XiHe

Sichuan-MianYang

Yunnan-Zhao Tong

Hubei-TianMen

and Anhui-NanLing demonstrated different antitussive effect

the ED50 of the inhibitory rate of cough times were 2.76
