摘要

目的:观察丹芎方对高脂饲料诱发的高脂血症大鼠模型血脂的影响。方法:高脂饲料饲喂4周建立高脂血症大鼠模型

然后连续给予洛伐他汀、考莱烯胺、丹芎方高、中、低剂量4周

检测血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、白蛋白(ALb)

同时进行心、肝、胃等脏器的病理学检查。结果:给予高脂饲料后大鼠血脂显著升高

且转氨酶和白蛋白也显著升高

肝脏显示明显病理损伤

心脏和胃有轻微病理损伤。各个药物均可显著降低血脂升高程度

显著降低转氨酶

升高白蛋白。显著减轻肝、心、胃的病理学损伤。结论:丹芎方具有良好的调脂保肝作用。

Abstract

Objective:To explore the effect of danxiongfang on reducing serum lipid in experimental hyperlipidemic rat model induced by high-fat diet.Methods: The rats were fed with high-fat diet for 4 weeks to establish the hyperlipidemic model

then lovastatin

cholestyramine

danxiongfang high

medium

and low doses were given to the rats orally for 4 weeks.The serum TG

HDL-C

LDL-C

ALT

ALb were detected at the end of 4 weeks.The pathological changes of liver

heart

stomach tissues stained with HE were observed under light microscope.Results: The rats developed hyperlipidemia with high serum lipid levels

serum ALT and ALb concentration also increased significantly.Each drug showed significant inhibition for the increases in serum lipid

ALT

and serum ALb.Histopathological examination of liver

heart and stomach showed that pathologic injuries were ameliorated by each drugs.Conclusion: Danxiongfang showed powerful lipid regulating and liver protective effect.
