摘要

目的:建立痹通药酒中阿魏酸的含量测定方法。方法:C18柱

以乙腈-0.1%磷酸(20∶80)为流动相

检测波长为316nm。结果:阿魏酸的线性范围为4.072～101.8μg/mL(r=0.99996)

平均回收率为99.31%

RSD为3.66%(n=6)。结论:该方法操作简便准确

重复性好

能有效控制痹通药酒的质量。

Abstract

Objective:To develop and HPLC method for determination of ferulic acid in Bitong Yaojiu.Methods:Analysis was carried out on a C18(150 mm×4.6 mm

5 μm)column eluled with

acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid buffer(20∶80)as the mobile phase with UV detection at 316 nm.Results:The linear relationship of ferulic acid was in the range of 4.072～101.8 μg/mL

the recovery was 99.31%(RSD 3.66%

n=6).Conclusion:This method is simple

accurate and reproducible.
