摘要

目的:观察丹参葡萄糖注射液(以下简称丹参)静脉滴注对犬冠脉结扎急性心肌缺血模型血清生化指标的影响。方法:采用冠脉结扎法建立犬急性心肌缺血模型

测定给药前及给药后30min、45min、60min、120min、180min动脉血乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸磷酸激酶(CPK)

静脉血乳酸(LD)、游离脂肪酸(NEFA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:丹参高、低剂量组(3.2g/kg

0.8g/kg)可明显降低心肌缺血后的血清CPK和LDH活力

升高SOD

减少血中LD、NEFA、MDA含量。结论:丹参对冠状动脉结扎心肌缺血具有明显的保护作用。

Objective:To investigate the effects of Danshen glucose injection on the biochemical indexes in dogs coronary artery ligation.Methods:The acute myocardial ischemia model was established in dogs by ligation of coronary artery.The serum concentrations of LDH
