摘要

目的:研究顺血康胶囊的抗血栓作用。方法:采用电刺激血栓模型、静脉血栓模型观察了顺血康胶囊抗实验性血栓作用

并从凝血、血液流变性、血小板功能方面探讨顺血康胶囊抗实验性血栓的可能机理。结果:顺血康胶囊可以明显延长电刺激血栓形成时间；显著减轻下腔静脉血栓重量；显著延长凝血时间；显著降低血清、血浆、全血粘度；显著抑制ADP诱导的血小板聚集。结论:顺血康胶囊具有明显的抗血栓作用。

Abstract

Objective:To study the effects of Shunxuekang(SXK) capsule on anti-thrombus.Method:We used the model rats of electro stimulation or venous thrombus to observe the effects of anti-thrombus of SXK capsule

and studied the probable mechanism of SXK capsule on blood coagulation

hemorrheology

platelet function.Results:SXK capsule could markedly prolong thrombosis time in rats

could markedly decrease the weight of venous thrombin

could markedly prolong clotting time in rats

could markedly decrease the whole blood viscosity

plasma relative viscosity

serene relative viscosity

and could markedly inhibit platelet aggregation induced by ADP.Conclusion:SXK capsule had markedly inhibitory effects on thrombus.
