摘要

目的:研究大孔吸附树脂纯化远志总皂苷的工艺条件及参数。方法:以远志总皂苷的洗脱率、精制度为指标

考察大孔吸附树脂对远志总皂苷的吸附性能和洗脱参数。结果:12mL远志总皂苷样品液(生药0.25g/mL)上大孔吸附树脂柱(Φ15mm×H90mm

干重2.5g)

用蒸馏水、30%乙醇、70%乙醇各3BV依次洗脱

远志总皂苷富集于70%乙醇洗脱液部位。结论:通过大孔吸附树脂富集与纯化

远志总皂苷洗脱率为89.8%

精制度为239.6%。该法可较好地纯化远志总皂苷。

Abstract

Objectives: To study the technological parameters of purifying saponin with macroporous resin. Method: With the elution rate and purity as indexes

the absorption characteristics and elution parameters were studied. Result: 12 mL of the extractive of Radix Polygalae (crude drugs 0.25g/mL) was added on a column of macroporous resin (Φ15mm×H 90mm

dry weight 2.5g) and was washed with 3BV of distilled water

30% ethanol and 70% ethanol

successively. Saponin was enriched in the 70% ethanol elution. Conclusion:Enriched and purified by macroporous resin

the elution rate of saponin was 89.8% and the purity reached 239.6%. So

the established method is feasible.
