摘要

目的:建立胃肠舒胶囊的定性定量方法。方法:采用TLC法对胃肠舒胶囊进行鉴别；采用HPLC法测定有效成分含量。结果:TLC可鉴别出与葛根、陈皮、厚朴、丁香、广藿香、苍术、甘草等药材相对应的斑点；HPLC法可测定出葛根素、橙皮苷、丁香酚、和厚朴酚、厚朴酚的含量。结论:所建立的定性定量方法简便可行、重复性好

可作为胃肠舒胶囊的质量监控。

Abstract

Objective: To establish a quality standard of Weichangshu capsule.Methods:Weichangshu Capsule was identified by TLC; the effective components in Weichangshu Capsule were determined by HPLC.Results: The relevant spots in Radix Puerariae

Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae

Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis

Flos Caryophylli

Herba Pogostemonis

Rhizoma Atractylodis

and Radix Glycyrrhizae were identified by TLC;the content of puerarin

hesperidin

eugenol

honokiol and magnolol could be determined by HPLC.Conclusion: The quality standard is simple

feasible and repeatable

it can be used as quality supervisory control in Weichangshu Capsule.
