摘要

目的:研究九头狮子草对β溶血性链球菌、肺炎克雷伯菌的抗菌作用机理。方法:用负染法和超薄切片法在电子显微镜下观察亚MIC各细菌超微形态结构。结果:各细菌超微形态结构发生显著性改变

形成典型的细胞壁缺陷菌(细菌L-型)。结论:九头狮子草具有抗菌作用

其抗菌作用机理在于引起细菌细胞壁的缺损

造成菌体肿胀、溶解而死亡。

Abstract

Objective:To study antibacterial mechanism of Herba Peristrophis on β-Streptococcus hemolyticus and Klebsiella pneumonia.Methods:Electron microscope was used to observe the ultramorphology and ultramiscroscopic structure of the bacteria.Results:Ultramorphologies of the bacteria were obviously changed and formed into typical morpholoies of bacterial L-form.Conclusion:It indicated that antibacterial mechanism of Herban Peristrophis may destroy the cell wall of bacteria.
