摘要

目的:实验观察健骨宝胶囊对肾虚动物模型的影响。方法:采用羟基脲法造成肾虚模型[1]

连续给药9d。观察羟基脲肾虚模型小鼠体重、自主活动、性器官发育、肾上腺发育等肾虚相关指标。结论:健骨宝胶囊能够明显增加肾虚证小鼠的自主活动次数

抑制羟基脲所致肾虚模型动物体重下降

并对肾虚模型动物的性器官痿缩和肾上腺重量下降有明显的改善作用。

Abstract

Objectine:To observe the effect of Jian Gu Bao capsule on kidney deficiency model in mouse.Methods:we adopdted hydroxycarbamide to induce kidney deficiency in mice.and after taking Jian Gu Bao capsule for 9 days studied the weight

initiative action

development of sexual organs and adrenal gland and other indexes related to kidney deficncy in mice induced by hydroxycarbamide.Results:Jian Gu Bao capsule could significantly increase the frequency of initiative action in kidney deficiency mics

inhibit the decline of body weight and obvionsly improve the atrophy of sexual organs and adrenal gland in the kidney deficiency model.
