摘要

扶正祛邪中药复方“艾克冲剂”对猴SIV感染模型(SAIDS)治疗作用。方法:利用SIVmac病毒液静脉接种恒河猴造成猴艾滋病实验模型

流式细胞仪测定感染及治疗动物外周血CD+4细胞、CD+8细胞数及CD+4CD+8比值

并以MTT法观察T、B细胞对有丝分裂原诱导分化增殖反应。结果:艾克冲剂能提高CD+4细胞百分数及CD+4CD+8比值

并能促进T、B淋巴细胞增殖。结论:扶正祛邪中药艾克冲剂能够提高、改善SIVmac感染动物免疫功能。

Abstract

Objective:To Investigate the effect of Lyke Granule on simian immunodeficiency Virus(SIV) infection model. SAIDS model were used. Using monoclonal antibody label on CD+4 and CD+8 cells in PBMC with direct immunofluorescence

the percentage was analyzed by flow cytometry and analyzed CD+4/CD+8 ratio. T and B cells proliferation induced by mitogens was defected before treatment and after treatment with Lyke Granule. Results indicate that Lyke Granule enhanced the proliferation of T and B cells induced by motogen

CD+4 T cells were increased in PBMC and CD+4/CD+8 were changed.
