摘要

用氢化考的松加夹尾激怒法建立了肾虚肝郁型性活力低下疾病模型

观察补肾疏肝汤对该疾病模型的作用。实验结果显示

补肾疏肝汤能明显改善模型大鼠肾虚肝郁证候表现

显著提高模型大鼠附属性腺湿重、血清T水平、T/E2比值及阴茎组织NOS活性

调节模型大鼠血浆6-keto-PGF1α、TXB2水平及其比值

从而提高其性活力。

Abstract

The rat model of the syndrome of deficiency of the kidney and depressed liver with impaired sexual function was established by injecting Hydrocortisoni Acetas and irritating by tail nipping.The effects of Bu Sheng Shu Gan Tang(Decoction for tonifying the kidney and dispersing the stagnated liver-energy) on the model were observed.The results indicated that Bu Sheng Shu Gan Tang can improve the model's syndrome of deficiency of the kidney and depressed liver;increase significantly the associated grand's weight

the T lever in serum

T/E2

and the level of NOS in the penis;adjust 6-keto-PGE1α

TXB2 and their ratio in the plasma and promote the rats' sexual function.
