摘要

柴胡、黄芩是古方小柴胡汤“和解少阳”的核心药对。本实验通过观察柴芩合煎液(CQHJ)与分煎液(CQFJ)(剂量为10gkg)对20μg/kg和80μg/kg LPS诱导的大鼠发热模型的影响

考察了它们的解热作用。结果发现

CQHJ与CQFJ对不同剂量的LPS诱导的大鼠发热均有显著的解热作用;但CQHJ与CQFJ在起效时间和作用效度上有所区别

总体上以CQHJ更具优势。

Abstract

Bupleurum root and Scutellaria root is the core paired-component of the Minor Chaihu decoction.In the experiment we observed the effects of anti-febrile of the Bupleurum root and Scutellaria root mingled decoction and separated decoction on the fever induced by LPS intraperitoneally injected at the dose of 20μg/kg and 80μg/kg

respectively.Both of the decoctions orally administrated can significantly inhibited the fever induced by LPS at both doses ( P<0.05 or 0.01)at the dose of 10g/kg

and there is no significance between the both decoctions.But analyzing the effects comprehensively

we found that the mingled decoction presented the anti-febrile effet earlier than the separated decoction

and indicated a better efficacy in trend.
