摘要

目的:探讨苓桂术甘汤对免疫功能低下模型小鼠的免疫调节作用机制。方法:近交系昆明种小鼠以环磷酰胺(Cy

qd×1)诱导免疫功能低下模型

用苓桂术甘汤(42.90、24.45、4.29g·kg-1)连续灌胃(ig)给药10d

分别采用间接免疫荧光法和小鼠胸腺细胞氚标胸腺嘧啶核苷(3H-TdR)掺入法检测T细胞亚群及IL-2活性。结果:苓桂术甘汤(42.90g·kg-1)能明显提高Cy所致免疫抑制模型小鼠T细胞总数、L3t 4+、Lyt 2+细胞百分率及L3t 4+Lyt 2+比值

纠正T细胞亚群紊乱

明显增加IL-2活性

与Cy模型组比较具有显著性差异(P<005)。结论:苓桂术甘汤对Cy模型小鼠免疫功能的改善作用与其促进TH细胞功能、恢复T细胞亚群的比例、增强IL-2活性有关。

Objiecteve:To study Immunoregulating mechanism of Lingguizhugan Decoction on immunosuppression in mice.Methods:The immunosuppressed mice were induced by cyclophoamide (Cy)

Lyt-2+ and revise the turbulence of T-lymphocyte subset.It could also evidently promote the activity of IL-2.Conclusion:The Immunoregulating mechanism of Lingguizhugan Decoction in immunodepression mice were related with promoting the function of helper T-cell(TH) and activity of IL-2.
