摘要

目的:颈动脉动脉粥样硬化与冠状动脉粥样硬化有密切关系。为了评价中药双龙丸对动脉粥样硬化的临床疗效

我们采用彩色超声多普勒观察双龙丸对颈动脉粥样硬化的影响。方法:临床选择52例有颈动脉动脉粥样硬化的冠心病患者。随机分为双龙丸治疗组和开博通对照组。观察颈动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)及截面积、斑块厚度及面积

以及血流参数的变化。结果:经双龙丸治疗后

IMT由1.32mm降低到1.16mm

平均降低0.162mm;内中膜截面积由44.23mm2减少到38.11mm2

斑块厚度由2.46mm减少到1.88mm

平均减少0.57mm;斑块面积由45.89mm2减小到36.83mm2

治疗前后有显著性差异;而对照组治疗前后变化不明显。结论:双龙丸能降低颈动脉动脉粥样硬化的内中膜厚度、斑块厚度及面积。双龙丸有阻止动脉动脉粥样硬化发展的作用。

Abstract

52 patients with CHD were randomly divided into SLW group and captopril control group.The status of the carotid vessel wall and the blood flow parameter were observed.Results showed the intima-media thickness(IMT)reduced to 0.162mm

the area of plaque reduced from 45.89mm2 to 36.83mm2(P<0.05)after treatment by SLW.There was no significant change before and after treatment by captopril(P>0.05).It was also not significant difference in blood flow parameter.
