摘要

目的:运用血清药理学方法观察六味地黄汤(LW)及其活性组分(CA4、CA4-3)含药血清对原代培养胚胎大鼠海马神经元的保护作用。方法:首先通过MTT法观察了LW及CA4、CA4-3对海马神经元存活的影响

进而采用流式细胞术观察LW及CA4、CA4-3对海马神经元线粒体膜电位的影响。结果:LW及CA4、CA4-3含药血清均可不同程度地提高海马神经元的存活率

并且稳定线粒体膜电位与其神经保护作用具有密切关系。

Abstract

Serum pharmacology was used to observe the effect of the serum with LW and its active fractions (CA4

CA4-3)on primary cultured hippocampal neurons.The effect of the serum with LW and CA4

CA4-3 on the survival of primary cultured hippocampal neurons was firstly observed with MTT assay.Mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP) of hippocampal neuros was further studied with flow cytometry and the serum with LW and CA4

CA4-3.Results indicate the serum with LW and CA4

CA4-3 improved the survival of primary cultured hippocampal neurons

on which the stabilization of MMP plays a key role.
