摘要

采用薄层扫描法测定贝乐欣胶囊中贝母甲素和贝母乙素的含量。结果表明贝母甲素和贝母乙素的线性范围分别为1.99～9.95μg和2.00～10.00μg

贝乐欣胶囊中贝母甲素和贝母乙素的回收率分别为101.5%和98.5%。用此方法测定了3批样品中贝母甲素和贝母乙素的含量。

Abstract

The contents of peimine and peiminine in Beilexin capsule were determined with TLCS. The results showed that the linear range was 1.99μg～9.95μg for peimine and 2.00μg～10.00μg for peiminine

respectively. This method was used to determine peimine and peiminine in Beilexin capsule with recovery of 101.5% and 98.5%

respectively. The contents of peimine and peiminine of three batches of samples were determined with this method.
