摘要

观察乳复康片治疗和预防实验性大鼠乳腺增生病的作用。结果:(1)预防组乳头红肿、乳腺增大和显微小叶、腺泡、导管增生均轻于模型组;(2)治疗组乳腺肿胀及解剖所见的大体分级和病理显微分级均显著优于模型组;(3)乳复康片组的血液流变学指标均低于对照组。

Abstract

Curative and preventive effects of rufukang tablets against hyperplasia of mammary glands were investigated in rats.The result showed that the symptoms of red and tumefaction of hipples

hyperplasia of mammary glands and microscopic leaflets

acini and tubes in preventive treatment group were lighter than that in model group.Tumefaction and macropathological and micropathological grade of mammary gland were better than model group.The index of blood rheology in treatment group was lower than control group.
