摘要

观察四物汤及拆方对乙酰苯肼和环磷酰胺所致血虚动物模型的补血作用。根据血常规检验指标及计算机聚类分析结果

各样本药物补血作用

四物汤全方作用最强;当归在方中起主要作用;两味药配伍中

当归与白芍、当归与熟地作用较好;三味药配伍中

当归、白芍、川芎作用最好。

Abstract

The effect of Siwu Tang with different analytic prescriptions on Enriching blood was observed in blood deficient animals.Based on the result of blood routine examinations and cluster analysis by computer

the original Siwu Tang showed the strongest action compared to different analytic prescriptions.Danggui could play an important role in the original prescription.The combination of Danggui with Baishao or Danggui with Shudi showed the better effect among twodrug combinations.The combination of Danggui with Baishao and Chuanxiong showed the best action among three-drug combinations.
