摘要

通过饲料中添加醒酒糖

对灌胃乙醇大鼠谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)、醇脱氢酶(ADH)、谷胱甘肽硫转移酶(GST)活性

以及肝指数和血醇浓度的变化作了观察;结果醒酒糖可明显减少酒后肝脏上述4种酶含量及肝指数的降低

并使血醇浓度显著下降。

Abstract

The activity of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX)

glutathione(GSH)

alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH) and glutathione S-transferase(GST)

the index of liver and the concentration of alcohol in rat blood were assayed after the rats were fed with the forage containing Sober-up candy.The result showed that Sober-up candy could evidently inhibit the decrease of enzyme activity and liver index induced by alcohol.The concentration of alcohol in blood could be significantly decreased after treatment with Sober-up candy.
