摘要

用薄层扫描法测定糖肾康颗粒剂中黄芪甲甙和人参皂甙Rg1的含量?结果表明黄芪甲甙和人参皂甙Rg1的线性范围分别为1.34μg～6.70μg和1.43μg～7.15μg

糖肾康颗粒剂中黄芪甲甙和人参皂甙Rg1的回收率分别为97.74%和95.77%?用此方法测定了3批样品中黄芪甲甙和人参皂甙Rg1的含量?

Abstract

The contents of astragaloside IV and ginsenoside Rg1 in Tangshenkang granule were determined with TLCS.The results showed that the linear range was 1.34μg～6.70μg for astragaloside IV and 1.43μg～7.15μg for ginsenoside Rg1

respectively.This method was used to determine astragaloside IV and ginseoside Rg1 in Tangshenkang granule with recovery of 97.74% and 95.77%

respectively.The contents of astragaloside IV and ginsenoside Rg1 of three batches of samples were determined with this method.
