摘要

目的: 建立分光光度法测定桂枝汤水提液中总多糖含量的方法。方法: 以葡萄糖为对照品

苯酚-硫酸比色法测定桂枝汤水提液中总多糖的含量。结果: 葡萄糖在19.62~117.70 mg·L-1与吸光度成良好线性关系

平均回收率为99.3%

RSD 2.5%(n=6)。结论: 该方法简便易行

重复性良好

可作为桂枝汤水提液中总多糖含量测定的方法。

Abstract

Objective:To develop a method for content determination of total polysaccharide in Guizhitang decoction. Method: Glucose was used as the reference substance

and phenol-sulfuric acid was applied as coloring reagent to determine the content of total polysaccharide. Result: The calibration curve of glucose showed good linearity in the range of 19.62-117.70 mg·L-1. The average recovery rate was 99.28%

and RSD was 2.5% (n=6). Conclusion: The determination method is simple

sensitive and accurate

which can be used for evaluating the content of total polysaccharide in Guizhitang decoction.
