摘要

目的: 建立定心藤中汉防己碱的含量测定方法。方法: 采用高效液相色谱法

VP-ODS C18 色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm)

流动相乙腈-0.3%三乙醇胺溶液(磷酸调pH 2.0)(45:55)

流速1.0 mL·min-1

检测波长280 nm。结果: 定心藤中的汉防己碱含量测定方法在0.040 4~0.363 6 μg进样量与峰面积的线性关系良好(r=0.999 9)

平均回收率99.02%

RSD 1.67%。结论: 所建立的方法准确、灵敏、重复性好

可用于定心藤的质量控制。

Abstract

Objective: To establish the determination method of tetrandrine content in Mappianthus iodoides. Method: VP-ODS Cl8 (4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm) colmnn was used

the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.3% triethanolamine (with H3PO4 to adjust pH 2.0) (45: 55)

the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was sest at 280 nm. Result: The linear relation of hyperin was good in the range from 0.040 4 to 0.363 6 μg. The average recovery was 99.02%

RSD was 1.67%. Conclusion: The method established is accurate

sensitive and good in reproducibility. It can be applied to the quality control of Mappianthus iodoides.
