阐述它在固体制剂、液体制剂、缓控释制剂、胶囊制剂、凝胶制剂以及生物黏附剂等新型制剂领域的最新应用。因HPMC相对分子量和黏度的不同

具备乳化、黏合、增稠、增黏、助悬、胶凝和成膜等特点和用途

广泛应用于药物制剂中

在制剂领域将发挥更大作用。随着对其性质研究的深入以及制剂技术的提高

HPMC将更大量应用于新剂型、新给药系统的研究中

进而推动制剂学的不断发展。

Abstract

The application state of pharmaceutical excipients hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose(HPMC) in preparation was introduced. The author referred to the related domestic and overseas literatures in recent years to carry out the analysis and induction

and described the application state of solid preparation

liquid pharmaceutical

sustained-controlled preparation

capsule formulations

gel preparation and bioadhension preparations. HPMC can be widely used and will play a key role in the field of pharmaceutical preparations.
