目的: 对水龙骨科 Polypodiaceae石韦属植物光石韦 Pyrrosia clavata (Bak.) Ching的化学成分进行研究。 方法: 光石韦用90%乙醇回流提取,依次用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取,对各萃取部分采用各种柱色谱进行分离纯化,通过波谱数据分析 (1H-NMR,13C-NMR,MS) 进行结构鉴定。 结果: 从中分离鉴定了8个化合物,其中包括1个何柏烷型三萜、3个脂肪酸类化合物,1个 (口山)酮苷和3个其他类化合物,分别鉴定为里白烯 (diploptene,1),正三十一烷 (hentriacontane,2),十六烷酸二十八烷酯 (octacosyl palmitate,3),二十二烷酸二十烷酯 (eicosyl behenate,4),芒果苷 (mangiferin,5),β-谷甾醇 (β-sitosterol,6),胡萝卜苷 (daucosterol,7) 和蔗糖 (sucrose,8)。 结论: 其中化合物1~4为首次从光石韦中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of P. clavata (Bak.) Ching. Method: The whole plant of air-dried P. clavata was extracted with 90% EtOH. The extract was suspended in H2O and extracted with petroleum ether
EtOAc and n-BuOH
successively. The compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography
and identified based on spectral analyses (MS
1H-NMR
13C-NMR). Result: Eight compounds were isolated from P. clavata
and characterized as diploptene (1)
hentriacontane (2)
octacosyl palmitate (3)
eicosyl behenate (4)
mangiferin (5)
β-sitosterol (6)
daucosterol (7) and sucrose (8). Conclusion: Compounds 1-4 were obtained from P. clavata for the first time.
