摘要

目的：建立高效液相色谱法同时测定复方血栓通片中丹参酮ⅡA、隐丹参酮、丹酚酸B、哈巴俄苷、迷迭香酸、三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1、人参皂苷Re的含量。方法：采用 HPLC，色谱柱为十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶（4.6 mm×250 mm，5 μm），以0.05%磷酸溶液为流动相B，以乙腈为流动相A，梯度洗脱，柱温 20 ℃，流速 1 mL·min-1，检测波长 203，270 nm。结果：丹参酮ⅡA、隐丹参酮、丹酚酸B、迷迭香酸、哈巴俄苷、三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1、人参皂苷Re在测定范围内呈良好线性关系，回收率符合要求。结论：方法简便、准确、重复性好，可用于复方血栓通片中丹参酮ⅡA、隐丹参酮、丹酚酸B、迷迭香酸、哈巴俄苷、三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1、人参皂苷Re的含量测定。

Rb1 and Re in Fufang Xueshuantong tablets. Method: HPLC was performed on C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm) by gradient elution with 0.05% phosphoric acid solution as mobile phase B and acetonitrile as mobile phase A.The column temperature was 20 ℃.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 with the detection wavelength at 203

Re are in the determination of a good linear relationship within the scope. Recovery rate of the determination method corresponded to the experimental standard. Conclusion: The method is simple

separable and reproducible

and can be used to control the quality of Fufang Xueshuantong tablets.
