目的: 研究纤花线纹香茶菜Rabsodia lophanthoides var. graciliflora的水溶性化学成分。 方法: 采用柱色谱分离技术进行分离纯化,运用 MS 和 NMR 分析鉴定化合物结构。 结果: 分得5个化合物,分别鉴定为咖啡酸(3,4-dihydroxycinnamic acid,1)、芹菜素-6,8-C-二-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖(apigenin-6,8-C-di-β-D-glucopyranoside,2)、异夏佛托苷(isoschaftoside,3)、夏佛托苷(schaftoside,4)和迷迭香酸(rosmarinic acid,5)。 结论: 其中化合物 2~4 为首次从该药用植物中分离鉴定。
Abstract
Objective: To clarify the water-soluble chemical constituents of Rabsodia lophanthoides var. graciliflora
one of the original plants of R. serra
a Chinese herbal medicine with protective effects on liver and gallbladder. Method: The aqueous extract of the whole plant was separated by various chromatographic methods and the compounds and their structures were identified by MS and NMR analyses. Result: Five compounds were isolated
their structures were identified as 3
4-dihydroxycinnamic acid (1)
apigenin-6
8-C-di-β-D-glucopyranoside (2)
isoschaftoside (3)
schaftoside (4) and rosmarinic acid (5) by spectroscopic data. Conclusion: Compounds 2-4 were isolated and identified from this plant for the first time.
