摘要

目的：研究复方灵芝孢子精油软胶囊抗疲劳、耐缺氧的药理作用。方法：昆明种小鼠随机分为5组，分别为复方灵芝孢子精油软胶囊低、中、高（385，770，1 540 mg·kg-1·d-1）3个剂量组、对照药红参醇提物400 mg·kg-1·d-1组、空白对照组，灌胃给药30 d后分别考察各组小鼠负重游泳、常压耐缺氧条件下的生存时间及负重游泳后小鼠血清尿素氮、乳酸脱氢酶、甘油三酯含量。结果：复方灵芝孢子精油软胶囊低、中、高剂量组能不同程度的加快运动小鼠血清尿素氮的清除、提高血清乳酸脱氢酶含量、减少运动后小鼠体内血清游离甘油三酯含量，显著的延长小鼠负重游泳时间（P<0.05，P<0.05，P<0.01）；中、高剂量组能显著延长小鼠缺氧条件下的生存时间（均P<0.05）。结论：复方灵芝孢子精油软胶囊具有抗疲劳、耐缺氧作用，是一种有效的抗疲劳中药复方制剂。

a hypoxia model of mice under normal pressure and detected the serum urea nitrogen (BUN)

triglyceride (TG) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) after swim. Result: The low

middle and high dose groups can prolong the time of swimming and oxygen deficit-tolerance

inhibite the serum urea nitrogen BUN and LDH

enhance the serum TG in different levels. Conclusion: The Compound G. lucidum spore oil soft capsule is a compound preparation of Chinese medicinal herb effective for antifatigue and antioxidation.
