Objective: This paper mainly studies the application of near infrared spectroscopy with PLS for rapid determination of moisture in Aucklandiae Radix. Method: Through collecting near-infrared spectra of Aucklandiae Radix by near-infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy technique with Toluene method measurements as a reference value
