摘要

目的：研究有毒中药附子的化学成分。方法：采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱、中压MCI柱色谱、制备液相等方法分离纯化，通过其理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果：从附子中分离得到了10个化合物，分别鉴定为尼奥灵（1）、附子灵（2）、异塔拉萨定（3）、8-乙氧基-14-苯甲酰基中乌头碱（4）、苯甲酰新乌头碱（5）、芝麻素（6）、表芝麻素（7）、异落叶松脂素（8）、亚油酸（9）、β-fruf（2→6）-α-glu （10）。结论：化合物 6 ~ 10 为首次从该中药中分离得到。

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents of Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata. Method: The constituents were isolated by silica gel

and their structures were identified by chemical properties and spectroscopic analyses. Result: Ten compounds were isolated and their structures were elucidated as neoline(1)

fuziline(2)

isotalatizidine(3)

8-OEt-14-benzoylmesaconine(4)

14-benzoyaconitine (5)

sesamin(6)

episesamin(7)

isolariciresinol(8)

linoleic acid(9)

β-fruf(2→6)-α-glu (10). Conclusion: Compounds 6 - 10 are obtained from this plant for the first time.
